Acknowledgement

*Please prepare lunch and own drinks, snacks for morning and afternoon snack times, indoor use shoes(socks or barefoot is also OK). 

* Parents / Students cannot contact teachersor staff of Fanfan Chinese individually, and teachers /staff cannot contact parents/students individually.

* Fanfan Chinese Academy protects students data includes personally identifiable information such as a student's name, date of birth, TEL number, and email address. 

* Fanfan Chinese Academy will not use pictures of students without permission from parents for webpage or advertizing materials (except pictures with pixelization). 

* Fanfan Chinese  Academy shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or other accident except for first aid.

* Fanfan Chinese Academy will accept short notice apply to the class, such as next day or the very same day as much as we can without extra fee.

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly understood we will accept cancellation of class and prepare compensation /make up lesson with notice before  noon of 1 day earlier . Otherwise we will charge for the cancellation. 

キャンセルにつきまして

予約済授業のキャンセルにつきましては、前日の午前中までにご連絡いただければ他の日に代替レッスンを実施いたします。前日午後以降のご連絡の場合は代替レッスン及び授業料金のご返金は出来ませんのご了承ください。
