Principal Zhang Ling relocated to Tokyo with 4 years' teaching experience at renowned schools in Beijing, China. Through her experience in China and as a Chinese tutor in Tokyo, she established a unique and effective learning method which gained popularity within the international community in the Shibuya/Minami Azabu areas (Azabu-juban, Roppongi, Hiroo and Ebisu). Soon, she was invited to teach Chinese at Nishimachi International School, followed over the years by Willowbrook, British School in Tokyo, ASIJ and International School of Sacred Heart.

After much encouragement and demand from parents, Zhang Ling established Fanfan Chinese Language Academy in 2019 in Hiroo. At Fanfan, Ms Zhang serves as principal and teacher, and focuses on educating other teachers in her original methods.

Ms. Zhang is also an author and editor of her own textbooks, which are used in international schools in Tokyo.

Ms. Zhang herself is a continuous learner and is committed to expanding Fanfan Chinese Language Academy and reaching more students through her effective learning methods. Recently Ms.Zhang got senior certificate of Professional Director Of Kindergarten and start to plan of International kindergarten in Tokyo area.

She has strong professional ability and have experience in systematically learning professional-related skills as pesident and director of technical department of Xizi Calligraphy and Painting Society, as China University of Metrology Aerobics Team Captain.

Teacher Xiao Xu is from Gansu, China. She majored mass-media study in Haikou University of Economics. During this study, she learned producing and editing and also did cinematographer. Her graduation work is a self- produced and directed documentary movie! She also had her own radio programs and got several award for her literary exhibition. What an artist !

After graduation, she worked as a news reporter of Gansu government. After that she worked as a teacher of Gansu province kindergarten. After a few years of work, she came to Japan and majored Chinese Language Culture in Kanagawa University. After graduating she joined Fanfan as a teacher.
She leverages her artistic background of Chinese culture in her classes and every students really like it!

Master Zhang, graduated from Beijing Sport University.

Because of his love for martial arts and related culture, he continued his studies at the Nippon Sport Science University, where he was a PhD in martial arts and culture.
He used to be a martial arts athlete with an outgoing personality, and likes communication in a multi-element and multi-language environment.
For this reason, he has also obtained many such opportunities and experienced many interesting knowledge and experiences in different countries or different regions. Therefore, he has always wanted to share these interesting experiences with everyone around me.
HE has been teaching martial arts since university, especially when he is with children. Through practicing martial arts, he can feel the children's voice more, so as to more perfectly correspond to the children's physical and mental needs.

He worked as English Teacher and Assistant in New Silk Road English School in Kunming, Yunnan , And as Second Language Chinese Teacher Saint Elizabeth Private High School in Britain 2016-2017, Maria Regina Private School in Indonesia from 2017-2018. During his former career,. He speaks Mastery in English and Japanese, Beginning in German. He has out-going and easy-going personality. Love and master in Classical culture of Ancient China including Calligraphy, ink and water painting of Classic China and Classical style of Writings. Travelled a lot around the world and still keep curiosities to explore new places.
